Managing and distributing a large volume of personalized forms can be a complex and time-consuming task. Lumo Entries provides a revolutionary solution, allowing you to automatically generate and manage thousands of unique, pre-filled forms from a single data source.

What are Lumo Entries?

Lumo Entries is designed to streamline the creation of individual forms for specific recipients. You upload a CSV file containing unique data sets (such as names, IDs, or specific messages). The system then takes each row of your CSV and uses that data to populate placeholders within your Lumo project, effectively creating a distinct, personalized Lumo form for every entry in your file.

The Lumo Entries Workflow

  1. Prepare Your CSV File: Start by creating a CSV file where each row represents the data for one personalized form, and each column corresponds to a placeholder in your Lumo project (e.g., a column named Name for a {{name}} placeholder).
  2. Upload and Generate: Within your Lumo project, select the Lumo Entries option and upload your CSV. Lumo Pages will then automatically generate a unique Lumo for each row of data. Any content in your project that contains placeholders will be replaced with the specific data from the corresponding row.
  3. Access and Manage Forms: Once generated, you'll have access to the created forms. Each personalized Lumo is assigned a dedicated, persistent URL that includes a unique token, allowing for direct access and potential editing of that specific form.
  4. Export Updated Data: After forms have been accessed or completed, you can re-export your original CSV file. This updated file will include new columns containing the unique URL and token for each personalized Lumo, making it easy to track and distribute them.

It is crucial to avoid embedding highly sensitive or confidential information within these forms, as anyone with the link can view and potentially modify the data. Always exercise caution and ensure the secure handling of these links.
