Refund Policy
Effective date: May 27, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Lumo Pages (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for paid subscription plans on the Lumo Pages platform. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Introduction
1.1. Scope. This Policy applies to subscription fees for Lumo Pages paid plans (Plus, Pro, and any add-ons billed through your account). It does not govern third-party services you connect to the Platform.
1.2. Free plan. The Basic (Free) plan is available at no charge and is not subject to this Policy.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1. No refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or canceled subscriptions, whether billed monthly or annually.
2.2. Annual billing. Annual payments are non-refundable. If you cancel during an annual term, you will not receive a refund for any remaining months in that term.
2.3. Evaluate before purchasing. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate the Platform and confirm it meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
3. Cancellation
3.1. How to cancel. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
3.2. Service after cancellation. Paid plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). After that period, your account reverts to the Basic (Free) plan, subject to its limits.
3.3. Usage limits. If your usage exceeds Free plan limits after downgrade, Lumos or data may become unavailable until usage is within Free plan limits.
4. Billing Errors and Exceptions
4.1. Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation that should have prevented renewal), contact us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
4.2. Mandatory law. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. Transaction status, plan details, and invoices may be available in your account or from our support team.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of paid plans after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory local law where applicable.
